Free Sessions for School Half-Days

We offer free supervised coding and play sessions to support families during half days and parent-teacher conferences. We provide engaging activities such as Minecraft coding, Scratch, LEGO robotics, and supervised creative play at no cost to families.

School PTOs can request a session to support families with childcare while adding a fun enrichment option for students! Submit a request through the “Free Sessions for School Half-Days” form below.

Duration

The session is aimed at matching your school’s early release time. Exact timing and availability may vary by location, but we’ll work to align the session duration as closely as possible.

Policy

Enrollment & Capacity

In order to support this free session, we require a minimum sign-up of 6 students. The maximum capacity depends on the location.

Requirements

All students need to be registered in advance so we can ensure a smooth experience. We are unable to accept walk-ins for safety and staffing reasons.

We kindly ask PTOs to help share the free session with families so we can reach the minimum number of students to run the session.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that PTOs provide notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Penguin Coding School may cancel sessions if sign-ups are too low or due to unforeseen circumstances.
